It communicates the diverse appeal of the country to a worldwide market, thereby promoting a strong and attractive brand - 'Destination Germany'. airberlin - Your Airline

airberlin, the second largest German airline, was founded in 1978 and its corporate head-quarters are in Berlin. The company has signed up for membership to the global airline alliance oneworld® and is expected to be-come a full member at the start of 2012. airberlin has offered flights under codeshare agreements with American Airlines and Finnair since November 2010. In winter 2008/2009, airberlin entered into a collaboration with S7 Airlines and Hainan Airlines on routes to Moscow and Peking and in winter 2009/10 with Bangkok Airways on routes to Koh Samui, Chiang Mai, Phuket and Phnom Penh/Cambodia. Since September 2009 an online sales partnership has been in operation between airberlin and Pegasus Airlines. airberlin's attractive price-performance ratio appeals equally to those travelling on business and for pleasure.
